[0038] First, Kunming sexually mature mice (6-10 weeks old) with a body weight of (25±2) g and a male-to-female ratio of 2:1 were selected and purchased from Hunan Slack Jingda Experimental Animal Co., Ltd. All animals were housed in a laboratory controlled environment (25°C, 50% humidity and light:dark cycle 12h:12h) while allowing free access to food and drinking water. On the next morning, female mice were checked for the presence of vaginal suppositories. Vaginal secretions from female mice without vaginal suppositories were taken from cotton swabs soaked in saline, and applied to slides containing a drop of saline. Abstract

The invention discloses a biomarker group and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bioengineering. By applying an RNA-seq technology, the result shows that the mRNA expression level of an mt-Nd6 gene in a male reproductive system is lowered, and meanwhile the mRNA expression level of an Slc12a4 gene in the male reproductive system is raised; and therefore, the Slc12a4 gene and the mt-Nd6 gene can serve as the biomarker group for diagnosing male reproductive toxicity caused by prochloraz. By studying the mechanism that prochloraz affects the male reproductive system, the invention provides the biomarker group for diagnosing the male reproductive toxicity caused by prochloraz, the Slc12a4 gene and the mt-Nd6 gene can provide an important basis for preventing and treating male reproductive diseases caused by prochloraz for human, and the study has practical significance.
