The embodiment of the invention discloses a data labeling method and device, electronic equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product, and relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence such as computer vision, natural language processing and cloud service. A specific embodiment of the method comprises the steps of obtaining a labeling accuracy requirement of to-be-labeled data; determining process monitoring parameters matched with the to-be-labeled data; according to dependency and causal relationships of different to-be-labeled data in content, weighting the process monitoring parameters by adopting coefficients with corresponding sizes to obtain a comprehensive correct rate; and outputting labeled data in response to the condition that the comprehensive correct rate meets the labeling correct rate requirement. By applying the implementation mode, the actual labeling condition can be described more accurately by means of the comprehensive correct rate, invalid labeling work can be avoided in time based on management and control of the comprehensive correct rate, and the labeling efficiency is improved.
