Abstract

The control method for urea pump unfreezing comprises the following steps that a first temperature of a urea pump is obtained; the urea pump is controlled to be unfrozen according to the fact that the first temperature of the urea pump is smaller than a first preset temperature value; the pressure of the urea pump is obtained; and the unfreezing completion temperature of the urea pump is controlled to be increased according to the fact that the pressure of the urea pump is larger than a preset pressure value, wherein the first preset temperature value is the freezing temperature of the urea pump. According to the control method for urea pump unfreezing, when the first temperature of the urea pump is lower than the first preset temperature value, the urea pump is in an incomplete unfreezing state, at the moment, the urea pump is controlled to start unfreezing, meanwhile, the pressure of the urea pump is obtained, if the pressure of the urea pump is larger than the preset pressure value, that urea residues exist in the urea pump is indicated, the unfreezing completion temperature of the urea pump is controlled to be increased, and therefore the urea pump can be fully unfrozen, and the situation that the pressure in the urea pump is too high, and consequently the system has an error reporting fault is avoided.
