The semi-closed air circulation system is mainly composed of a power turbine, a first-stage compressor, a second-stage compressor, a cooling turbine, a three-flow heat exchanger, a heat regenerator, a condenser, a water separator and the like. According to the system, engine bleed air is used for directly driving the power turbine to output shaft work to drive the semi-closed system to work, pre-cooling and pressure reducing components of a classic bleed air system are omitted, and the engine bleed air amount and the overall weight of the system are reduced under the same refrigerating capacity; an engine bleed air system is isolated from an air circulation system, the influence of engine power state change on the air circulation system is isolated, and the reliability of the air circulation system is improved; and an open system is adopted for air supply of the cabin, ram air outside the cabin is used for supplementing air for the cabin, the pollution link of air entering the cabin is omitted, the air quality in the cabin is improved, the refrigerating capacity of an air circulation system is adjusted in time according to the heat load in the cabin, and the air entraining amount of an engine can be further reduced.
