The invention discloses a power generation company market behavior optimization method and system under high renewable energy source permeability, and the method comprises the steps: building a high-level renewable energy source bidding model with the profit maximization of a power generation company as a target; establishing a low-layer time-varying market settlement model based on marginal cost by taking consumer cost minimization based on a time sequence as a target; serving the low-layer time-varying market settlement model based on the marginal cost as a constraint condition, and enabling the low-layer time-varying market settlement model and a high-layer renewable energy bidding model to jointly form a double-layer game model; and adopting a dynamic gradient effective set algorithm, converting a double-layer optimization problem into a single-layer optimization problem by parameterizing a bidding strategy of a power generation company, and solving the double-layer game model to obtain an optimal quotation strategy of all power generation companies. According to the method, the accuracy of an optimization result can be improved under the condition that the permeability of renewable energy sources is relatively high.
