Problems solved by technology

However, most of the current studies on surface water and soil water use separate observation methods or simulation methods, which have some shortcomings
For example, simulating and observing the movement process of soil water alone, due to the lack of source-sink item information will result in the lack of hydrological information, which will lead to large errors in simulation results; simulating the movement of surface water alone, some fluids will cause simulation errors due to infiltration larger value

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a system for field in-situ observation of a slope runoff-matrix flow-preferential flow moisture migration process. The system comprises a rainfall simulator, a slope runoff collecting device, a soil water collecting device, a slope runoff flow collector, a soil water flow collector and a data acquisition processor; wherein the slope runoff water collecting device comprises a slope runoff collecting frame and a slope runoff collecting groove; the soil water collecting device comprises a bottom face, a water baffle arranged on the periphery of the bottom face part and a water collecting opening formed in the water baffle; the pressure sensors are arranged at the bottoms of the slope runoff flow collector and the soil water flow collector and can read the pressure of fluid in the collectors in real time; and the data acquisition processor is connected with pressure sensors in the slope runoff flow collector and the soil water flow collector and is used for acquiring and processing data.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of soil science and hydrology, and more particularly relates to a method and system for in-situ observation of slope runoff, substrate flow and preferential flow water migration processes in the field. Background technique [0002] Surface water and soil water are an inseparable whole in the hydrological cycle, and both are part of the "four waters". Water migration plays a vital role in the distribution pattern and storage capacity of soil moisture. In soil water, preferential flow is an important water and solute transport process in soil, and it is also the main factor of forest hydrological cycle. This non-equilibrium flow that does not conform to Darcy's law widely exists in soils in various ecological environments. The existence of preferential flow not only changes the movement of soil water, but also changes the movement of surface runoff, that is, there is a close relationship between preferential...
