The embodiment of the invention provides a target vehicle determination method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps of obtaining video data which comprises environment information in a gas station; extracting feature information of a vehicle from the video data and position information of the vehicle in the gas station; on the basis of the feature information, obtaining the stay duration of the vehicle in a refueling area; and when a refueling signal is received, determining a target vehicle associated with the refueling signal according to the stay duration and the position information. The vehicle can be accurately positioned and tracked by utilizing the video data, extracting the feature information of the vehicle from the video data, the position information of the vehicle in the gas station and the stay duration of the vehicle in the refueling area and integrating the information of multiple dimensions, so that the refueling signal and the vehicle can be accurately associated when the refueling signal is received.
