The vehicle can be accurately positioned and tracked by utilizing the video data, extracting the feature information of the vehicle from the video data, the position information of the vehicle in the gas station and the stay duration of the vehicle in the refueling area and integrating the information of multiple dimensions, so that the refueling signal and the vehicle can be accurately associated when the refueling signal is received.
