Abstract

The invention discloses a distributed patent data retrieval-based method and system, and the method comprises the steps that: a retrieval request, which carries a keyword to be retrieved and is used for retrieving a patent corresponding to the keyword in patent data, is obtained; the keyword is retrieved on a plurality of retrieval servers, each retrieval server in the plurality of retrieval servers performs retrieval in the partial patent data, and the partial patent data retrieved by each retrieval server are different; a part of patent data retrieved by all the retrieval servers in the plurality of retrieval servers are gathered together to form patent data; the retrieval results of all the retrieval servers are integrated, and an integrated first retrieval result is obtained; and the first retrieval result is returned to the sender of the retrieval request.
