By arranging a tightening mechanism, a lower tightening belt is firstly pushed and inserted into a lower fixing ring, the inner wall of the fixing ring extrudes a snapping block, so that the snapping block shrinks into the lower tightening belt, a third spring is stressed and extruded, the lower tightening belt moves and pushes a first rack to move, and the first rack moves to drive a fixing column to move; when the snapping block moves to a snapping groove in the lower fixing ring, the snapping block is fixed to the lower fixing ring, meanwhile, a second half gear ring rotates to drive the lower tightening belt to be wound into a tightening shaft, and then, an upper tightening belt is inserted into an upper fixing ring; and through the structure, the upper tightening belt and the lower tightening belt can be quickly snap-fit and tightened, and the use efficiency of the wearable combined rehabilitation training device is increased.
