An original roadway is transformed into a destruction chamber, explosives are detonated through a destruction pit, the pipe seam type anchor rods are arranged on the top plate of the roadway, the anchor rods exert radial pressure on the hole wall within the full-length range to provide friction force so as to prevent surrounding rock from sliding down, and high shear resistance and tensile strength are achieved; and besides, the anchor nets are arranged at the bottoms of the anchor rods, the top plate is lifted through the densely-distributed anchor nets, concrete mortar is sprayed to the outer layer, a smooth top face structure is formed, and when affected by explosive shock waves, the overall strength is improved, expansion and extension of cracks are avoided, the stability of the chamber structure is guaranteed, and the requirement for destroying unexploded explosives is met.
