The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a door-to-door service reservation order set generated in a current decision period, wherein reservation orders are associated with service category information, service address information and reservation date information; dividing the reservation order set into a plurality of reservation order subsets; determining order receiving groups for the plurality of reservation order subsets; and inputting the information of each reservation order in the reservation order subsets and the basic information of each service provider in the corresponding order receiving groups into a target algorithm to determine a preferred service provider corresponding to each reservation order, and dispatching an order for each reservation order, wherein the target algorithm is a multi-target optimization algorithm which is established based on a heuristic algorithm and takes a comprehensive score as a target function, and the multiple targets comprise a plurality of order dispatching targets which need to be achieved in the order dispatching process.
