Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a fault early warning method for a gearbox. The fault early warning method comprises the steps of obtaining sensor data including first working condition data and state data; converting the state data to obtain frequency domain data; frequency band factors of a bearing, a shaft system and a meshing gear of the gearbox are calculated according to the frequency domain data; establishing a high-dimensional feature space through the first working condition data and the frequency band factor; after the high-dimensional feature space is classified through a clustering model, time slices of the time series data under all classifications are analyzed and predicted through a regression model to obtain a predicted value of the target measuring point; and when the difference value between the actual value and the predicted value is greater than an alarm threshold value, sending out an early warning signal.
