Abstract

A light emitting display device includes: a plurality of pixels arranged along a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction over a first substrate; a circuit layer including a pixel common voltage line parallel to the second direction and disposed between the plurality of pixels along the first direction; the light-emitting device layer comprises a self-light-emitting device arranged on the circuit layer and a common electrode arranged on the self-light-emitting device; a common electrode connection portion electrically coupling the pixel common voltage line to the common electrode; and an internal isolation portion surrounding the common electrode connection portion and isolating the self-light emitting device disposed on the internal isolation portion.
