Abstract

The magnetic suspension train operation controlling system can realize three functions of steering driving, protecting and monitoring. The hardware system includes programmable logic controller and its in-situ bus part, and three in-situ communication protocols including MPI, DP and FDL are used in train operation data communication. The software system is used to complete steering operation, operation control, network communication, automatic monitoring, failure treatment, automatic protection and other functions. The hardware system structure and the software system structure of the train operation controlling system have the creative features of: system redundance, safety against failure, self diagnosis, adaptive marshalling, safety logic interlocking, and safety function in the four stages of testing, operation, running and maintenance.
