The inventive compound preparation is composed of following components by weight portion: 10-160 portion of timishatan, 0.5-50 protion of calcium antagonist. The calcium antagonist expands blood vessel to induce reflex sympathetic nerve excitement and the timishatan antagonizes neurohormone activity which is able to release from the sympathicus over-activation in the CCB blood pressure reduction, reduce the adverse effect induced by CCB treatment, provide all-around protection of the target organ such as heart, brain and kidney.
