[0014]Attention is first directed to FIG. 1 wherein the cooler and seat system of the present invention is generally indicated at 10. The cooler and seat system comprises a tubular metal frame 12 having legs 14, which legs may be secured to the bottom of boat B. Metal frame 12 is configured to encompass the walls of and stabilize a cooler 16 therein. A seatback support frame 18 extends upwardly from frame 12. A cooler and seat arrangement especially for small boats. The cooler and seat arrangement incorporates a plural-component seat system that can be adapted to most existing cooler and seat systems. As contemplated, the invention will be available in an easy-to-assemble kit for the converting existing cooler and seat systems.
