The system of FIG. 1 includes the dynamic circuit structure 102 and a discharge delay tracking circuit 104. The dynamic circuit structure 102 is responsive to the discharge delay tracking circuit 104 to control charging elements and discharging elements coupled to the internal dynamic node 130.
