The invention discloses a heavy vehicle mass and mass center detection device. The existing devices mainly use side weighing methods, the number of sensors is small, and the devices have certain limitations. The detection device comprises a foundation pit, a four-degree-of-freedom (4DOF) platform, pressure sensors, a vehicle to be detected and a horizontal table board; the 4DOF platform is arranged in a foundation, and a plurality of pressure sensors are arranged on the upper surface of an upper cylindrical portion of an upper platform of the 4DOF platform from center to periphery along an Archimedes spiral; and the horizontal table board is covered on the pressure sensors, and the vehicle to be detected is arranged on the horizontal table board. The 4DOF platform can rotate along an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis, and the pressure sensors in the device work out the mass and the position of the mass center of the vehicle rapidly according to different positions and pressure gained in the detection during rotating movement. According to the detection device, the measurement accuracy of the sensors is guaranteed by arrangement optimization of the sensors, and the measured mass and the position of the mass center are more accurate and reliable.

Method of entertaining using a mobile entertainment environment

A method for entertaining event attendees involves installing electronic equipment in a mobile entertainment environment and then transporting the mobile electronic environment to an event location. At the event location, event attendees are provided with temporary authorization and access to the mobile entertainment environment and subsequently entertained. At the conclusion of the entertainment, temporary authorization and access is revoked and the mobile electronic environment is removed from the event location. For storage, electronic equipment can be removed from the entertainment environment and placed in a secure location. The mobile entertainment environment preferably is a trailer pulled by a delivery vehicle, such as a pickup truck. The trailer has multiple entry points and contains comfortable seating for event attendees and multiple entertainment stations. At each entertainment station attendees can play games or watch DVDs using one of several gaming systems and their corresponding peripherals. Large video displays and audio equipment enhance the experience at each entertainment station. Interactive gaming can be experienced among multiple players at a single station, among players at different stations, or by connected to the internet for interactive play with remote players. Additional features of the entertainment environment include security cameras, exterior video displays for the benefit of attendees not in the trailer, stabilizers to minimize motion sickness within the trailer, and a video controller for providing master control of all of the video displays.

Valve core for single handled faucet

A valve core for a single handled faucet is made up of a valve housing, a valve stick, a base mount, a switching control valve, and a valve seat wherein the base mount, engaged with the valve stick and mounted onto the switching control valve thereof, is securely located at the valve housing therein, stably refrained from being moved or rotated by the valve stick thereof in operation. The valve stick is pivotally moved at the base mount therein to activate the switching control valve via a protruding connecting section thereof, driving an upper switch valve of the valve seat joined to the bottom of the switching control valve thereof to open the valve core for water discharge. Via a protruded guide spot of the base mount as a pivoting point, the valve stick is also rotated left or right with a turning protruded block thereof moved at a turning cut area of the base mount therein to adjust the water temperature. Meanwhile, the valve stick along with a two-staged valve stick seat is prevented from being directly contacted with the valve housing in operation, facilitating the easy operation of the valve stick thereof even under low torque. Besides, the protruded guide spot is limited to move at an indented recess of the switching control valve therein, ensuring the precise movement of the switching control valve when activated by the protruded connecting section of the valve stick to open the valve core for water discharge.

Animal guard

An animal guard with a multitude of rotatable elements that can be securely mounted on a generally vertical or horizontal structure is disclosed. The rotatable elements may be of varying shapes and are designed to provide an unsteady footing for animals attempting to cross the object to continue travel along the structure. In accordance with one embodiment, the animal guard is configured to surround a vertically-extending structure. A series of hollow rotatable elements, or "spinners", are provided with a hole formed at opposing longitudinal ends. The spinners are bifurcated into two generally equal halves that attach together. A guard plate is mounted to surround the structure and has a series of cross arm brackets which extend through the end holes of the spinners to serve as end axles for rotation and to position the spinners around the circumference of the structure. A support means secures the location of the guard plate and spinners and couples the guard plate to the structure. Another embodiment of the animal guard inhibits animal passage along generally horizontal structures, such as cables, lines and wires. A series of hollow rotatable spinners are provided with a hole formed at opposing longitudinal ends. The spinners are bifurcated into two generally equal halves that attach together to secure the spinners around a horizontal structure. End shields are configured with a hole extending laterally therethrough to mount the end shields onto an end section of the spinners; one end shield is positioned at each of the opposite ends of a series of spinners. A gripping means is positioned adjacent to the end shields at the opposite end of the series of spinners to grip the horizontal structure and hold the end shields and spinners at fixed positions horizontally along the line.
