The application discloses a roller
shutter type filter and a use method, and relates to the technical field of
air filtration. The filter comprises a rack, upper and lower winding boxes, upper and lower winding shafts, two driving modules, a flexible belt wound around the upper winding shaft and a filter core clamp head. The lower winding shaft is detachably arranged in the lower winding box. An
electromagnetic clutch is arranged between each driving module and the corresponding winding shaft. When new material is added, the filter core clamp head clamps a filter core material head, and the upper winding shaft winds the flexible belt to pull the
filter material upward to form a roll. When the material is replaced, the lower winding shaft actively winds, and the upper winding shaft follows to unwind. When the
clutch is separated, the rigid connection between the driven end and the driving module is
cut off, the unwinding resistance is greatly reduced, and the
filter material is prevented from being deformed due to excessive tension. When the
clutch is attracted, the
inertia of the unwinding end is inhibited by using the structural resistance of the driving module, and the
filter material is prevented from being excessively released to cause relaxation. The application concentrates all the material replacement operations at a low place, eliminates the climbing operation, avoids secondary
dust pollution, and realizes stable and reliable material replacement.
