bridge maintenance, and discloses a landscape bridge steel structure pulse cleaning device, which comprises a supporting seat, a main flow
pipe, a push flow
assembly, a driving
assembly, a reset
assembly and a cleaning assembly. The supporting seat is fixedly connected with the main flow
pipe, and the push flow assembly is slidably arranged in the main flow
pipe. The driving assembly is arranged on the supporting seat and used for driving the push flow assembly to move to compress the reset assembly to accumulate
potential energy. The reset assembly releases the
potential energy to drive the push flow assembly to quickly reset, extrude the liquid in the main flow pipe to generate a pulse
water flow. The cleaning assembly is arranged at both ends of the main flow pipe and used for switching the fluid
discharge path and opening the cleaning port. The present application uses pulse jet to improve the stripping efficiency of
rust on the surface of the steel structure. The internal pipeline is self-cleaned through the cleaning assembly, so that the mixed
corrosion of the chemicals is avoided. The negative pressure generated by the push flow assembly can suck and recycle the accumulated water in the gap, prevent secondary
rust, and solve the problem that the secondary
rust is caused by the residual accumulated water after the cleaning of the complex steel structure surface.
