The system includes a data collection unit, a data transmission unit, a data storage unit, a data processing unit and a visual monitoring system, wherein the data collection unit includes a unit operation state detector and a CEMS detector, the data transmission unit includes multiple wireless modules for transmission of acquisition data, the wireless modules are in communication connection with the unit operation state detector and the CEMS detector, the data storageunit is disposed in a memory of a computer terminal, the data acquisition module is in communication connection with the computer terminal, historical data in the data storage unit is modeled by the processing unit and is then transmitted to the visual monitoring system, and the data is visually displayed by the visual monitoring system. The system is advantaged in that low-cost and high-yield operation of an ultra-low emission intelligent environmental protection island is realized without increasing hardware facilities, real-time monitoring is realized, and stable and reliable operation of the system are guaranteed.
