The method comprises the following steps of: adding the Zn(Ac)2.2H2O, the Cd(Ac)2.2H2O and the rare earth compound into a solvent, and stirring at the temperature of 60 to 80 DEG C; adding the thioacetamide, continuously stirring to obtain a mixture, and adding the mixture into a reaction kettle for reaction; and cooling, washing and drying to obtain the composite photocatalyst. The hydrogen-producing speed rate of the composite photocatalyst is 360 to 640 mmol.h<-1>.g<-1>. The composite photocatalyst can be applied to hydrogen production by solar hydrolysis.

The invention provides a preparation method of a graphene oxide-based porous photo-thermal material capable of efficiently generating solar steam. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing graphene oxide by a hummers method; S2, preparing a directionally arranged graphene oxide-based porous photo-thermal material; and S3, preparing a hydrophilic and oleophobic graphene oxide-based porous photo-thermal material. According to the invention, directional freezing and simple carbonization are taken as main means, and a synthesis method of the graphene oxide-based porous photo-thermal material which can efficiently generate solar steam and has aligned channels and oleophobicity is introduced; the invention further provides the application in seawater desalination and (oil-containing or dye-containing) wastewater purification treatment; and the graphene oxide-based porous photo-thermal material disclosed by the invention has relatively high solar energy conversion efficiency and excellent salt resistance and pollution resistance, and has a certain practical application value in the aspects of seawater desalination and (oil-containing and dye-containing) wastewater purification treatment in the future.

The method for preparing the indium tin oxide nanowire array composite comprises the steps that (1) the indium tin oxide nanowire array is generated on the conducting substrate through deposition by means of the chemical vapor deposition method with gold nanoparticles as a catalyst; (2) CdS nano-particles are wrapped on the indium tin oxide nanowire array by means of the chemical bath deposition method; (3) the CdS nano-particles are converted into the Cu2S nano-particles by means of the ion exchange method, and then the composite is obtained through calcinations in the inert atmosphere. The performance of the constituted solar cell with a counter electrode material made of the Cu2S@ITO nanowire array prepared with the method is far better than that of a solar cell with a counter electrode material made of precious metal Pt or Au and a transition metal chalcogen compound of a metal matrix.

The present invention relates to a polymer electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells and a fabrication method of dye-sensitized solar cells using the polymer electrolyte. More specifically, the present invention relates to an excellent polymer electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells, which is not only capable of virtually preventing a leakage, the worst disadvantage of dye-sensitized solar cells using a conventional liquid electrolyte, but exhibiting a light conversion efficiency relatively higher than those of the conventional polymer electrolytes and being applicable to fabrication processes of large area dye-sensitized solar cells or flexible dye-sensitized solar cells; and a fabrication method of dye-sensitized solar cells using such a polymer electrolyte. To this end, the polymer electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells according to the present invention comprises a thermosetting epoxy resin, an imidazole-based curing accelerator and a metallic salt. The fabrication method of dye-sensitized solar cells according to the present invention makes use of said polymer electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells as an adhesive between a working electrode and a counterelectrode thereof, while maintaining the final junction state in the solid phase.
