The present application relates to Foskolin induced differentiation treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Specifically, the present application relates to a method and use of Forskolin for inducing differentiation of human malignant hepatocellular carcinoma, thereby being applied to the treatment of malignant solid tumors.
