The present application relates to Foskolin induced differentiation treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Specifically, the present application relates to a method and use of Forskolin for inducing differentiation of human malignant hepatocellular carcinoma, thereby being applied to the treatment of malignant solid tumors. The research of the present application shows that after treating hepatocellular carcinoma cells with exogenous addition of Forskolin for a period of time, the hepatocellular carcinoma cells can be effectively induced to differentiate, thereby providing a new drug for tumor induced differentiation treatment.
