pipe connected with the 
liquid injection pipe is arranged between the timing ball and the upper liquid receiver, the volume of the upper liquid receiver is larger than that of the timing ball, the capillary 
viscometer is arranged in a bearing container, the bearing container is provided with a rotary unit of the rotary bearing container, the rotary unit comprises a 
carriage and a base, the 
carriage is provided with an upper gear and a lower gear, the upper gear is in a linkage with the lower gear, and the lower gear isin a linkage with the bearing container. According to the invention, the capillary 
viscometer is embedded in the bearing container, the liquid rising through 
rotation method is combined with bearing through the bearing container, thus the cycle measurement of the 
viscosity of a volatile mixture (or pure) 
solution system, unstable liquid or liquid of which steam has 
toxicity in the air can be realized, and 
high pressure can be born.
