The invention discloses anti-corrosion insulation glue. The anti-corrosion insulation glue is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 to 58 parts of base glue, 28 to 32 partsof asphalt, 25 to 28 parts of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 16 to 18 parts of polybutadienoic acid resin, 15 to 18 parts of urea formaldehyde resin, 3 to 5 parts of perlite powder, 3 to 4 parts of graphite, 2 to 6 parts of ceramic powder, 1 to 2 parts of an anhydride curing agent, 2 to 5 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of an emulsifying agent, 1.2 to 1.6 parts of a plasticizing agent, 6 to 7 parts of organic tin, 5 to 7 parts of antimonous oxide, 3 to 6 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 4 to 7 parts of carbon fiber and 5 to 8 parts of an antioxidant. The invention alsoprovides a preparation process of the anti-corrosion insulation glue. By adopting the polytetrafluoroethylene and the carbon fiber, the anti-corrosion insulation glue disclosed by the invention has high corrosion resistance; through sufficient reaction of the raw materials, the corrosion resistance and the adhesion of the prepared anti-corrosion insulation glue can be increased to a large extent.A preparation method is simple, the operation is convenient, the problem that common insulation glue is poor in corrosion resistance is solved, the adhesion is enhanced, and the anti-corrosion insulation glue is suitable for being popularized and used.
