The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing polymeric porous microspheres with the temperature sensibility by using an alkali-acid step-by-step treatment method, and then forming Fe3O4 nanoparticles in situ on the surfaces of the porous microspheres and in pore channels of the porous microspheres by using a coprecipitation method. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the polymerization process is completed in one pot, and the aftertreatment process is relatively simple. A poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) skeleton is capable of providing temperature sensibility for a compound system; the Fe3O4 nanoparticles formed in situ on the surfaces of the polymeric porous microspheres and in the pore channels of the polymeric porous microspheres are capable of providing good superparamagnetism for the polymeric microspheres; and porous structures in the polymeric microspheres are capable of providing convenient conditions for applications of the polymeric porous microspheres in terms of biological medicine controlled release and magnetic targeting drug delivery.
