The invention discloses an identification method for adaptability of a
plant to the low-
phosphorus environment. The method is characterized in that
hydroponics is conducted on the
plant to be surveyed; then, after starving culture is conducted on the
plant for 48 h in a culture solution without
inorganic phosphorus, a dihydrogen
phosphate ion absorption experiment is conducted, according to the Michaelis constant and the minimum concentration, obtained in the dihydrogen
phosphate ion absorption experiment, of dihydrogen
phosphate ion absorption of the plant to be surveyed, the available
phosphorus content of the riphzosphere environment of the plant to be surveyed grown in the environment to be tested, and the relative
absorption rate of dihydrogen phosphate ions of the plant to be surveyed is further calculated according to the Michaelis constant and the minimum concentration of the dihydrogen
phosphate ion absorption and the available
phosphorus content of the riphzosphere environment; finally, the adaptability of the plant to the low-phosphorus environment is evaluated according to the obtained relative
absorption rate of the plant to be surveyed. The method is few in steps, simple in calculation, reliable in data and capable of rapidly identifying the environmental adaptability of different plants to the same low-phosphorus environment and provides a technological support for sorting plants suitable for growing in
karst and terricolous floating plants.
