cyclic redundancy check, statistically analyzing error feature vectors within a
sliding time window, constructing a link quality trajectory, extracting quality degradation warning signals, constructing a phased
handover strategy based on the warning signals, and determining the
handover timing sequence and executing link handover using a neural network evaluator. This achieves
adaptive optimization of the handover strategy, improving the intelligence and reliability of link handover.
