flexible endoscope operation, and relates to the technical field of
medical instruments, and the switchable negative pressure leading-in sheath comprises a sheath body, a
side arm negative pressure connector and a plugging cap
assembly. A
main channel through which the flexible lens passes and fluid is discharged is formed in the sheath body, and the sheath body comprises a straight sheath section and a head-end bendable section; the
tail end
side arm negative pressure interface is communicated with the
main channel and is connected with a negative pressure source; the plugging cap
assembly is arranged at the
tail end straight arm, and a through hole communicated with the
main channel is formed in the plugging cap
assembly and used for adjusting the effective negative pressure of the main channel, so that the negative pressure adjusting position is transferred to the
tail end straight arm from the tail end
side arm. The through hole can be switched among a low-resistance passing state, a sealing pressurization state and a ventilation pressure relief state, wherein the low-resistance passing state is a main operation state. In addition, a side through
pipe is arranged in the side wall of the straight sheath section and used for introducing an external medium into the main channel under the action of negative pressure, so that passive circulation
backflow is formed, and the gravel
chip discharging condition is improved.
