According to the invention, an organic solvent and water are not used in the synthesis and mixing of polyurethane resin on a foaming layer and a bonding layer and in the various links of embarkation. Compared with the method for producing the foaming layer with a water-based polyurethane composite material, the method disclosed by the invention can greatly reduce energy consumption; and the synthetic leather has good property and excellent hand feeling.
