The measuring method comprises the following steps of: pre-burying the sensor into concrete, acting the expansion internal stress of the concrete onto the strain beam part in the metal elastic body, and driving the deformation of the foil-type metal strain gauge through the deformation of the strain beam, so that the resistance value of the foil-type metal strain gauge is changed; forming a bridge from the foil-type metal strain gauge, applying a power supply to the bridge to generate electrical signals, obtaining the signals with the current of 4-20mA through amplification and voltage conversion, and transmitting the signals to a control sampling chamber through the output cable. The elastic body is formed through integral processing, and the elastic body and the stabilizing blocks are in welded structures. The output cable adopts the protection of the metal corrugated pipe, and the sensor is integrally sealed; the concrete wall body expansion internal stress measuring sensor has good stability, small size, light weight, pressure resistance, corrosion prevention, strong load resisting capability, high precision and small error.
