Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for the wireless bearing configuration when a terminal is under the PCH condition, which enables a user terminal to reduce or avoid the waste of an original business to an idle resource. The technical proposal is that (1) a network side transfers a user terminal to the PCH state; (2) the user terminal enters into the CELL_DCH state when originating a new business, utilizes a configuration method of a pseudo-composite business, and configures the measurement control; (3) whether the data needs to be transmitted in the original business or not is judged, if not, a terminal state and the channel parameter keep unchanged, if the data needs to be transmitted, a procedure (4) starts; (4) a wireless network controller originates the radio bearer reconfiguration to distribute the idle resource for the original business. The present invention applies in the terminal wireless bearing configuration of a three generation mobile communication system.
