The method comprises the following procedures: (1) electrifying the system, and running the system actuating software module to complete the system initiation; (2) running the application software module by the system; (3) reading the CA information of the smart card for automatically recognizing the current scrambling system for judging where a matched descrambling software module exists in the descrambling software module base, if not executing the procedure (5); (4) if it is, automatic activating the matched descrambling software module by the application software module to complete the functions of descrambling, deciphering, decoding and program selecting to the received digital signal; (5) springing a human-computer dialogue window to remain the providing of the software upgrading of the manufacturer to the user; and (6) re-electrifying after the software upgrading to operate the system.
