Abstract

The invention relates to a laser color printer, which comprises a sensitometric drum, an exposure module group and a development module group; wherein, the exposure module group comprises a laser source and a source power control circuit, and provides beams with energy amplitude grades; the development module group comprises four graphite powder boxes, each of which is provided with carbon powderswith one color; a given number of charges are carried by the carbon powder particles of each color, and the given numbers of the charges have different given amplitude grades with the variation of color. Through the energy grading on the laser diode source of the exposure module group, the laser color printer can form a latent image with color signals during exposure in one time; meanwhile, because of the difference of the charge grade carried by the four-color carbon powders separately, the printer can complete the development of the colorful latent image in one time. Therefore, the printingof the colorful pictures can be easily completed only by one exposure and one development; not only the printing speed is improved, but also the chromatography errors is reduced, and the resolution is high.
