The made improvement is that the wall or the wall and the bottom of the fermentation tank are two-layered and an interlayer for circulating water is formed between the two layers. A solar water heater is added. The interlayer connecting the solar water heater and the fermentation tank forms a water circulation circuit. A water pipe is provided with a pump.
