Abstract

A novel full-hydraulic borer with the functions of jogging and opening, self-adaptive capacity and automatic rotation-blocking prevention is used for drilling a gas drainage hole, a discharging hole, a water detecting hole, a vent, a communicating hole, a cable hole, a geology hole and other holes used for engineering in mines and saps. The novel full-hydraulic borer solves the problems that the existing borer has over-large torque, rotary speed and drive when opening and can not accurately locate which causes the position of the holes to generate warp; the torque and the drive are controlled manually during the boring process which can not adapt the change of the characteristics of a terrane, thus causing a low boring efficiency or rotation blocking; unexpected rotation blocking appears when meeting a special geological condition during the boring process; a drill pipe is lost to cause a bore to be wasted caused by mistaken operation, and the like. A functional valve set 9 in a hydraulic system shown in graph 2 is adopted to realize the functions of jogging and opening, self-adaptive capacity and automatic rotation-blocking prevention of the borer.
