Problems solved by technology

However, what is read is only the information of some screening sheets, and its order is confusing, as shown in Figure 3
[0011] 3. It is difficult to obtain more specific information, such as the precise time of each tag in the motion random interval sequence
[0012] 4. When multiple tags enter the RF area at the same time, conflicts will occur
[0015] c. Tags have limited storage and computing capabilities; tags can barely perform calculations
[0016] d. Existing research focuses on anti-collision techniques, which are basically not helpful for detecting the correct order of motion sequences
[0017] 5. With the improvement of the anti-collision ability of the reader, the efficiency of sequence detection will become a bottleneck
The current anti-collision algorithm completely scrambles the order of multiple tags

Embodiment Construction

[0061] The features and advantages of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0062] FIG. 6 shows a schematic diagram of an RFID system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment represents the situation of an airport baggage handling system. Those skilled in the art will understand that the RFID system according to the present invention is also applicable to other logistics management systems.

[0063] As shown in FIG. 6 , an RFID system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an RFID reading device 101 and a plurality of RFID tags 102 . The luggage attached with RFID tags 102 is transported by the conveyor belt, and these tags form a moving sequence. The RFID reading device 101 sends an inquiry signal to the tags on the conveyor belt within its coverage area, and determines the sequence of t...

Abstract

The invention provides a tag identification system, a tag reading device and a tag sequence determination method. According to one aspect of the invention, the tag identification system comprises a tag reading device and a plurality of tags; wherein, the tag reading device is provided at least two antennas; the tag reading device sends enquiring signals with the coverage area of each antenna; the tags pass through the coverage areas of the at least two antennas sequentially; each tag in the tags responds to the received enquiring signal and sends replies to the at least two antennas; the tag reading device includes a sequence determination unit; the sequence determination unit determines the passing through sequence of the tags based on the replies returned from the tags and received by the at least two antennas.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to a computer system, and in particular to a tag identification system, a tag reading device and a tag sequence determination method. Background technique [0002] As a technology that performs non-contact two-way communication via radio frequency to exchange data to achieve identification purposes, radio frequency identification (Radio Frequency Identification, abbreviated as RFID) technology is getting more and more widely used. [0003] A typical RFID system generally includes two parts, namely an RFID reader and an RFID tag. The RFID tag is located on the object to be identified and is the data carrier in the RFID system. A typical RFID tag includes a microchip that stores data, and a coupling element, such as a coil antenna, for radio frequency communication with an RFID reader. RFID tags can be active or passive elements. Active RFID tags have a power source (such as a battery) and actively transmit RF s...
