Abstract

The invention discloses a positioning laser anti-fake complex film and a production method thereof. The complex film is provided with a printing bearing layer which consists of a printing area and a gluing area, a printing ink layer is printed on the printing area, a first gluing layer is coated on the gluing area and adhered with a laser anti-fake layer, and a second gluing layer and a protective layer are arranged on the printing ink layer and the laser anti-fake layer. The production method of the positioning laser anti-fake complex film includes the steps of: 1) preparing a laser transfer film and the printing bearing layer; 2) printing the printing ink layer on the printing bearing layer; 3) forming the first gluing layer on the gluing area; 4) compounding the printing bearing layer and the laser transfer film by hot pressing; 5) carrying out heat-preservation-type curing treatment; 6) peeling off operation, i.e., peeling off the base material in the laser transfer film; 7) coating a layer of gulewater on the blank of the complex film to form the second gluing layer; and 8) obtaining the finished product by compounding the blank of the complex film and the protective film by hot pressing.
