The invention further relates to a self-adapting service recommendation method, a self-adapting service recommendation system and a method thereof. The invention further relates to a service recommendation apparatus based on a user collection library and a method thereof. By the apparatus, the system and the method, a history library can be selected based on the service of the user, and the data in the related database can be automatically acquired and regulated so as to provide the related services to the user.
