Abstract

The invention discloses an optimum technical method for calcining native copper. The technical procedures are as below: (1) crushing and cleaning the native copper and drying the native copper in a crucible; (2) according to the six factors of native copper calcining temperature, vinegar concentration, calcining time, programmed temperature rising time, granularity of medicinal material and matting thickness, choosing three levels for each of the six factors and calcining the native copper by using an L18<37> orthogonal table; (3) respectively measuring the relative hardness and porocity of the calcined native copper and Fe<2+> content and As content in a water solution of the calcined native copper; (4) working out scores of the measurement results obtained from the former step and obtaining a comprehensive score; and (5) carrying out analysis of variance on the comprehensive score so as to obtain the following optimum technologcial conditions for calcining the native copper, i.e. the calcining temperature is 450 DEG C, the calcining time is 2 h, the programmed temperature rising time is 40 min, the concentration of the vinegar in use is 3.8 g/100 mL, the granularity of medicinal material ranges from 9 mm to 10 mm, and the matting thickness is 3 cm.
