289 results about "Analysis of variance" patented technology

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is a collection of statistical models and their associated estimation procedures (such as the "variation" among and between groups) used to analyze the differences among group means in a sample. ANOVA was developed by statistician and evolutionary biologist Ronald Fisher. The ANOVA is based on the law of total variance, where the observed variance in a particular variable is partitioned into components attributable to different sources of variation. In its simplest form, ANOVA provides a statistical test of whether two or more population means are equal, and therefore generalizes the t-test beyond two means.

Early warning method for lithium ion battery based on artificial intelligence algorithm and system

The invention discloses an early warning method for a lithium ion battery based on an artificial intelligence algorithm and system. The method comprises steps: the operation data of each conventionalparameter in multiple conventional parameters of each of multiple lithium ion batteries are acquired; the acquired operation data of each conventional parameter are classified and stored to establisha lithium ion battery operation database; the conventional parameters are evaluated by using the artificial intelligence algorithm and the operation data in the database, and the evaluation value of each lithium ion battery is acquired; the deviation degree of each lithium ion battery is calculated through variance analysis based on the evaluation value of each lithium ion battery; a lithium ion battery whose deviation degree is greater than a deviation threshold is determined to a to-be-monitored lithium ion battery; and whether the operation data of the conventional parameters of the to-be-monitored lithium ion battery exceed an early warning preset value is judged, and when the operation data of the conventional parameters of the lithium ion battery exceed the early warning preset value, an early accident warning for the lithium ion battery is given.

The invention discloses a GC-MS non-target method used for rapid screening of plant differential metabolites, and belongs to the technical field of flavours and fragrances, and metabonomics study technology. According to the GC-MS non-target method, modern GC-MS full scanning technology is adopted to obtain chemical ingredient information of volatile substances in plant; multidimensional Gaussian smoothing is adopted to extract substance information in a TIC picture; dynamic programming algorithm is adopted to calibrate chromatographic peak time shifting among samples, realize aligning of chromatographic peaks belongs to one same substance, achieve comparability of substance information among different samples; nearest neighbor-clustering algorithm is adopted to realize compound registration; and at last variance analysis is adopted to screen compounds with significant difference from different groups. According to the GC-MS non-target method, compound mass spectrum information is output so as to obtain a MSP file; and the MSP file can be input into the NIST database to search compounds. The GC-MS non-target method can be used for locking compounds with dissimilarities in plant samples rapidly, and is suitable for rapid analysis determination of a large amount of samples.
