The safe fuelling vehicle consists of two parts: a transport vehicle and an anti-explosion fuelling device. The anti-explosion fuelling device comprises a block anti-explosion oil tank and a split type fuelling machine; wherein, a block anti-explosion device and block anti-explosion materials are filled in the block anti-explosion oil tank; and the split type fuelling machine is arranged in a control room, the shell of the control room is designed as an arch and integrally connected with the external wall of the tank, and the control room is internally provided with a mini generator. The vehicle forms a safe fuelling vehicle which can move and can fuel the vehicles at any time and any where on roads; therefore, drivers do not worry about fuel lean in the oil tank any more. The vehicle is multifunction, namely, if the anti-explosion fuelling device is separated from the vehicle, the vehicle can be used as an aboveground skid-mounted filling station, and the vehicle also can be used as a temporary filling station for field training armies at the field and the border post, in addition the vehicle can move at any time and is convenient in use.
