Abstract

A sealed ceramic lining composite oil tube comprises a ceramic lining composite oil tube and a coupling. The manufacturing method of the invention comprises the following steps: grooving at the inner part of coupling, cleaning the surface of coupling, boronizing the cleaned grooved coupling, cleaning the boronized coupling, assembling the cleaned boronized coupling and the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber ring, plating copper on the screw cap of ceramic lining composite oil tube, and assembling the boronized coupling and the ceramic lining composite oil tube.
