The digital controller comprises a digital processing unit which comprises a comparison table. The comparison table stores a plurality of pre-set voltage values and a plurality of working frequency parameters, wherein each of the pre-set voltage values corresponds to one of the working frequency parameters. The digital controller searches the comparison table in response to an input signal which is input into the digital controller from a power source to find out the pre-set voltage value matched with the voltage value of the input signal, and generate a control signal with the working frequency parameter corresponding to the pre-set voltage value to control the display module, thus the power supplied to the display module has constant power basically.
