A Bluetooth TD-SCDMA gateway protocol model is divided into a plurality of the following layers: Base band, LMP and L2CAP, RFCOMM, BNEP and SDP which are corresponding to the Bluetooth device, and a TD-SCDMA PHY layer, a TD-SCDMA MAC layer, a TD-SCDMA RLC layer and a TD-SCDMA PDCP layer which are corresponding to a TD-SCDMA server; a PPP protocol layer which is above the TD-SCDMA module; and a Bluetooth TD-CDMA routing layer which is at the topside.
