The device comprises a storage module, a capture module and a processing module, wherein the storage module stores a plurality of first communication elements, a plurality of monitoring elements and a plurality of output elements; the capture module responds to a first instruction to capture a selected first communication element from the plurality of first communication elements, responds to a second instruction to capture a selected monitoring element from the plurality of monitoring elements, and responds to a third instruction to capture a selected output element from the plurality of output elements; and the processing module is connected with the selected first communication element, the selected first monitoring element and the selected output element to form the monitoring system. The monitoring system receives environmental information through the selected communication element, generates a monitoring result by processing the environmental information through the selected monitoring element, and generates output information related to the monitoring result through the selected output element.
