Abstract

The invention discloses a light emitting diode lighting module and a lighting device used thereby. The light emitting diode lighting module at least comprises a light emitting diode load circuit and a driving circuit. The light emitting diode load circuit consists of light emitting diode cascaded groups which are electrically connected in parallel, and each light emitting diode cascaded group at least comprises a plurality of light emitting diodes which are electrically connected in series, wherein each light emitting diode is provided with a preset working voltage range. The driving circuit is used for providing a variable voltage to drive the light emitting diode load circuit, wherein the variable voltage is provided with a voltage varying range which is beyond the preset working voltage range of the light emitting diode. When light emitting diode load circuit works, the light emitting diode is operated within an allocated voltage varying range which is within the preset working voltage range.
