Embodiment Construction

[0023] The invention is directed to a method for detecting the freshness of eggs by an odor sensor. Eggs used as test materials were provided by Nanjing Yuanchuang Poultry Industry Development Co., Ltd. as pollution-free eggs, and the brown shells were free of stains and cracks. After the samples are purchased, the simulated shelf life is placed in an incubator at 20°C and 70%-80% humidity. The specific implementation process includes three parts:

[0024] 1 Determination of the sampling parameters of the electronic nose (type PEN3 from AIRSENSE, Germany)

[0025] 10 egg samples were pre-selected for different time periods. Use the odor sensor array to measure the response parameters one by one, analyze the response value curve (related to time), related research (Roussel S, Forsberg G, Steinmetz V,. Optimization of electronic nose measurements. PartI: Methodology of output feature selection [J]. Journal of Food Engineering.1998, 37(2): 207-222.) It is considered that the p...

Abstract

The invention relates to a nondestructive detecting method for detecting egg freshness by using a gas sensor, belonging to the nondestructive detecting field of agricultural products. In the technicalmethod, a single egg is put in a 250ml of beaker, the proper value extracting time of an electronic nose is set to 50s, and the elution time is 90s; the proper value Sn of the sensor is brought intoan egg shelf life forecasting model or an egg freshness grade forecasting model, and then egg storage time under the condition of 20 DEG C and 70% RH of egg shelf life and the nondestructive detectedgrade of the egg freshness are respectively obtained. The method can rapidly and nondestructively detect the egg freshness so as to reduce the loss of the labor expenses and the detection time, and can monitor the quality of egg products in actual processes of production, circulation, storage and vendition. Meanwhile, the nondestructive detecting method optimizes sensor combination and reduces thedeveloping and manufacturing cost of instruments according to experimental results.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting the freshness of eggs with an odor sensor, belonging to the technical field of agricultural product detection. Background technique [0002] my country is the world's largest egg-producing country, and its product consumption demand continues to grow rapidly. The per capita poultry eggs in my country have increased by 51% in the past 10 years, reaching 22 kg per capita. In 2007, the total export volume of poultry eggs (folded fresh eggs) in my country was 89,000 tons, a decrease of 1% compared with the previous year, and the export volume only accounted for 0.4% of the total output of poultry eggs. Although the annual output of fresh eggs in the United States is the second in the world, it is only one-fifth of my country's output, but its export volume accounts for 22% of the world's total export volume. In addition to the reasons for consumption habits, the quality of products under a uniform standard u...
