Device and method for detecting cold damage of peach fruits based on hyperspectral images

The invention relates to a device and a method for detecting cold damage of peach fruits based on reflection and semi-transmission hyperspectral images, belonging to the field of a non-destructive testing technology of quality of agricultural products. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring reflection and semi-transmission hyperspectral images of harvested peaches in different cold damage stages during low temperature storage through a hyperspectral imager, analyzing the difference between spectral values and images of peach fruits suffering from cold damage and normal peach fruits, extracting characteristic parameters of response, optimizing and determining a variable set of reflecting cold damage characteristics of the peach fruits, and establishing a mathematic model for judging the cold damage of the peach fruits based on a Fisher discrimination method, wherein the discrimination accuracies of the established detection models based on the reflection and semi-transmission hyperspectral images respectively reach 85.6 percent and 95.6 percent. The method is capable of accurately identifying the harvested peach fruits suffering from the cold damage instead of manual detection so that the loss of storage of the harvested fruits is reduced, and can be used for detection and monitoring in circulation, storage and marketing process of harvested fruits.

Ammonia distillation process

The invention relates to an ammonia distillation process, which adopts that the distillation process of volatile ammonia and the process of decomposition distillation of fixed ammonia are performed in an ammonia distillation tower, and comprises the following concrete process: raw material ammonia water is respectively subjected to water stripping and wastewater heat exchange and then is sent into the top of the ammonia distillation tower; the upper part of the ammonia distillation tower is used for the distillation of the volatile ammonia, components such as NH3, H2S, CO2 and the like, of the volatile ammonia dissolved in the ammonia water are evaporated under the distillation of steam, and ammonia steam is cooled and condensed to be between 5 and 20 percent through an ammonia partial condenser and then is sent for subsequent treatment; stripping water is drawn at an intermediate tower breaking tray of the ammonia distillation tower, performs heat exchange with the raw material ammonia water, is sent into a one-stage cooler for cooling, and then is sent into an ammonia washing device for ammonia washing; and after tar in ammonia distillation wastewater at the bottom of the ammonia distillation tower is separated, the ammonia distillation wastewater performs heat exchange with the raw material ammonia water, is cooled in a wastewater cooler and then is sent into a biochemical device for treatment. The process adopts a structure that a volatile ammonia tower and a fixed ammonia tower are integrated into one, and has the advantages of reasonable process, short flow, and small land occupation.
