Embodiment 1
[0040] Embodiment 1 kills the preparation of the microemulsion of peach brown rot fungus
[0041] 1. Selection of preparation process
[0042] The present invention selects direct emulsification method to prepare O / W type emulsion, and concrete process flow is as follows figure 1 Shown:
[0043] Mix the original drug, co-solvent, emulsifier, etc. into the oil phase; water or part of the emulsifier into the water phase. In the microemulsion preparation apparatus, the water phase is added to the oil phase. Features: From the beginning to the end of the whole process, although the proportion of the two phases changes continuously, the oil phase dominates at the beginning, and the proportion of the two phases is balanced as the amount of the water phase increases to 50%. The main body of Zhongzhan is not the oil phase, but the water phase.
[0044] In the present invention, colorless, odorless, economical and environment-friendly water is selected as the main body, wherein the...
Embodiment 2
[0104] The quality detection of embodiment 2 microemulsions
[0105] Select the following parameters to be prepared into the microemulsion to be tested for the quality inspection experiment test mentioned later:
[0106] Solvent: 95% ethanol, the dosage is 75mL;
[0107] Dissolving heating temperature is 50°C;
[0108] Emulsifier: Tween 80, the dosage is 15mL;
[0109] The heating temperature for emulsification and stirring is 50°C, and the stirring time is 25 minutes;
[0111] 1. Determination of transparent temperature range
[0112] The detection method is as described above, and the detection result is: the transparent temperature range of the microemulsion to be tested is -7-105°C.
[0113] 2. Emulsion Stability Test
[0114] Refer to the test method for emulsion stability stipulated in the national standard of pesticide emulsifiable concentrate. Prepare the sample according to the microemu...

Abstract
The invention relates to a micro-emulsion for killing Monilinia fructicola and a preparation method thereof. The micro-emulsion for killing the Monilinia fructicola consists of effective components, a solvent, an emulsifier, an antifreeze and water, wherein the effective components are berberine and salicylic acid. The solvent is preferably ethanol with volume percentage of over 95 percent. The emulsifier is preferably Tween 80. The antifreeze is preferably a glycol water solution with a concentration of 5 percent g / mL. The preparation method comprises the steps of: taking and mixing the berberine and the salicylic acid, adding the mixture into the solvent, and heating to dissolve the mixture to obtain an effective component solution; adding the emulsifier into the solution, dissolving the emulsifier under ultrasonic conditions, heating the obtained solution in water bath, and stirring the obtained solution to obtain an effective component emulsion; and adding the emulsion into the antifreeze, heating the mixture in water bath, and stirring the mixture to obtain the micro-emulsion for killing the Monilinia fructicola. The micro-emulsion can strongly inhibit the Monilinia fructicola, has broad-spectrum antibacterial property, and has the advantages of stability, high efficiency and low cost at the same time.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bactericide and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a microemulsion for killing peach brown rot fungus and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] For a long time, the widespread use of chemical pesticides has played a huge role in ensuring high and stable crop yields. However, the "3R" problems caused by the long-term and large-scale irrational use of traditional chemical pesticides, namely residue, resistance, and resurgence, are becoming more and more serious, which has aroused widespread concern in the society. It is more and more urgent to seek and develop new pesticides that are safe for human health and ecological environment. Compared with chemical pesticides, biological pesticides are generally considered to have obvious advantages such as no pollution, no pollution, no residue, and less resistance. [0003] Peach brown rot is caused by the peach brown rot fungus (Monilinia fructicola...
