The invention discloses a manufacturing method of steel tubeless wheels for vehicles, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a blank plate which is in the shape of a circular ring and is provided with a circular hole in the middle by using a steel plate with certain thickness; then, pressing the blank plate in the shape of the circular ring into a blank plate which is in the shape of a cap and is convex in the middle by using a pressing machine and a first mold; subsequently, pressing the blank plate in the shape of the cap into a blank plate in the shape of a circular spoke by using the pressing machine and a second mold; then, splitting the plate edge of the blank plate in the shape of the circular spoke from a thick end surface into two small thinned blank plates, and forming a blank piece containing the shape of the circular spoke; and finally, pressing the two small blank plates in a rotating mode to form the shape of a cylindrical rim. The method is especially suitable for manufacturing steel tubeless wheels used for cars, microbuses and the like.
