Local side equipment and customer premise equipment are arranged; a local side asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) Modem, a digital subscriber line (DSL) access multiplexer and a local side separator are arranged in the local side equipment; the customer premise equipment comprises a customer ADSL Modem and a customer plain old telephone service (POTS) separator; the local side ADSL Modem and the customer ADSL Modem are used for modulating and demodulating data packets of a customer and providing a high speed data transmission interface; the DSL access multiplexer is used for multiplexing a plurality of ADSL lines and accessing a high speed data network through the high speed data transmission interface to ensure that the transmitted data can be connected with various data networks; and the local side separator and the customer POTS separator separate and synthesize data signals and telephone signals.
