Embodiment Construction

[0041] The specific implementation steps of the low-dose CT image reconstruction method based on the redundant information of the standard dose image of the present invention are as follows Figure 8 As shown, the details are as follows:

[0042] 1. Save standard dose CT image data scanned by CT equipment in different periods of the imaging object. Use CT equipment to scan to obtain the current low-dose CT image data, the radiation dose is 1 / 5 to 1 / 10 of the standard dose of the previous scan; locate through two CT plain scan positioning images, and find from the stored standard-dose CT image database A standard-dose CT image corresponding to the current low-dose CT image is displayed.

[0043] 2. Register the collected standard-dose CT images with low-dose CT images. The registration adopts a three-dimensional medical image registration method based on the current quantum meridian plane and mutual information. The specific process is:

[0044] (a) Binarize the two images and form...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reconstructing low-dose CT images based on redundant information of standard dose images, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: calculating a non-local weight matrix for reconstructing the low-dose CT images by using the redundant information of the previous standard dose images. Based on the calculating manner of the non-local weight matrix, the method of the invention is not dependent on the matching precision between the low-dose CT images and standard-dose CT images. The method performs qualitative and quantitative experimental evaluations to physical models and clinic belly images, and the result proves that the method of the invention is capable of effectively improving the precision of reconstructing the images and the resolution ratio of the reconstructed images.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an image reconstruction method for medical images, in particular to a low-dose CT image reconstruction method based on redundant information of standard dose images. Background technique [0002] X-ray radiation doses in modern CT examinations may have carcinogenic risks, which has aroused widespread concern in medical physics and medicine. Therefore, how to minimize the X-ray exposure dose has become one of the research directions in the CT field. A simple and effective way to reduce the radiation dose of CT scanning is to reduce the tube current as reasonably as possible. However, excessively reducing the tube current will seriously reduce the quality of CT images, and the increase in contrast and noise amplitude between related tissues will affect the reliability of diagnosis. Therefore, it is clinically expected to obtain CT optimization scan plan to reduce the dose, such as automatic exposure control technology and noise supp...
